What Are On the Job Evaluations?

An on the job evaluation can be done at local businesses provides an exciting opportunity for the people we serve to explore career areas of interest and gain new employment skills through vocational training. The evaluation identifies an individual’s strengths, skills, and potential barriers to employment. This helps New Horizons Evaluators guide individuals down a successful career path that will lead to greater independence.
